About Charlie

My name is Charlie Kellough, and I grew up in O'Fallon, Illinois, a small town in southwest Illinois. I graduated from Missouri State in 2023 with a degree in public relations, a minor in marketing as well as certificates in intercultural communication and social justice and activism. I can't wait to help you with any questions you might have.

Favorite movies and books

Some of my favorite movies are the ones I grew up watching such as The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Atlantis, The Road to El Dorado and The Prince of Egypt. I'm always eager to add new movies to my list so any suggestions are welcome whether it's animated, live-action, romance or horror/thriller! I also like reading in my free time, and I especially love the Song of Ice and Fire series, the Red Rising trilogy and the Percy Jackson series.

Why Missouri State?

I chose Missouri State for many reasons! I have had a lot of family who attended Missouri State, and after visiting campus I could immediately tell why. The facilities were great, and the staff I met were all very kind and helpful. I also really liked the feel of the campus and town, even though they were much bigger than I was used to. I was immediately met with a great community of other students and staff!
