Join us for Mindfulness and Meditation class, and learn how to feel more centered, let go of stress, and calm your body and your mind. M and M has helped thousands of people overcome the negative effects of stress, pain and illness by becoming more mindful of the here and now, learning to relax, and practice gentle stretching and yoga.
