Missouri State University values the richness of the different cultures and intersections represented in our campus community. Our vision is to strengthen day to day our sense of community in our campus. Collaboration among different units to provide the best experience for our faculty. Therefore, the Office of the Provost, the Division of Diversity and Inclusion, and the Office of the President have worked together to support the development of the Bear Bridge Mentoring Program for Faculty directed under the initiative of Dr. B. Judith Martínez.
Together, Faculty Mentors and Administration can continue to move forward towards more equitable and inclusive campus. Our goal is that those of us who are here can help new faculty feel welcome, contributing to a sense of belonging for all. Our goal is for everyone who is here to call Missouri State University home.
