In your fourth year in the program, you'll work in the field through nine advanced pharmacy practices experiences (APPE). Each month-long experience requires 40 hours per week over the nine months.
You'll gain experience and training and build your professional connections.
You can complete your rotations at pharmacy practice settings in Missouri, across the U.S. or even internationally. You will work with your pharmacy advisor and personnel in the UMKC experiential education office to determine your APPE options for clinical rotations.
