Get the bachelor's degree you've earned
You need approximately 60 credit hours to meet the primary admission requirements for the PharmD program. A bachelor's degree isn't required.
However, your course work in the PharmD program will give you enough credits for a
bachelor's degree from Missouri State through the reverse transfer process.
Why do reverse transfer?
- It saves you money. You'll have two degrees for the price of one. Receive recognition
for the invaluable hard work you put in during your undergrad at Missouri State.
- Finish your bachelor's degree as you work toward your PharmD degree. You'll typically
reach the requirements for your bachelor's degree by the end of your second year in
the PharmD program.
- A bachelor's degree gives you an extra asset for your career. Enjoy more flexibility
and credentials for long-term success.
How it works
Through reverse transfer, you can finish with two degrees. Your PharmD credits can
transfer back to Missouri State and fulfill the remaining credits for your bachelor's
degree.
