What are Officer Transitions?

Depending upon how the specific organization's constitution is structured there are different times officers "Transition" and old officers move out of the organization to make way for new leadership. This period is essential to student organizations and is the make or break of organizational leadership.

How do we transition our leadership?

There are multiple ways to train your officers. After talking with 300+ organziations the Office of Student Engagement has seen the following being the most succesful:

Shadowing the previous officer (longer than 2 weeks)
Formal training processes
