Campus Tours
One of the primary missions of the Office of Admissions and the University Ambassadors organization is to provide campus tours for prospective students and their parents.
Regular Tours
Campus tours leave from the Davis-Harrington Welcome Center at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on weekdays throughout the fall and spring semesters and noon over the summer. Tours usually last between one-and-a-half and two hours and are mainly walking tours. Campus tours include academic buildings, classrooms, residence halls, recreational facilities and other areas of special interest. For more information regarding campus tours and the campus visit program, visit the Campus Tour web page.
Groups visits
We are occasionally asked to provide Ambassadors for special tours for visiting groups such as students who are on campus for special programs or visiting high school groups. We welcome the opportunity to assist with such groups. The University Ambassadors have an elected Vice President of Group Visits who assists with the scheduling of these tours. For more information regarding special campus tours please visit the Group Visit web page.
