Department Scholarship Audition Request Form

Scholarship auditions for current declared music majors is scheduled for Sunday, March 9, 2025, 12-8 p.m.

The deadline to sign up for a Music scholarship audition is March 5, 2025.

In order to qualify, you must also complete the MSU Annual Scholarship application. This must be completed by March 1 to ensure you are eligible to receive a scholarship from either the university or from the Music department if one is awarded to you. A current list of available departmental scholarships is available online.

Some scholarships require financial need. In addition to the MSU Annual Scholarship application, you should also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by Feb. 1. (International students are not required to complete a FAFSA.)

Discuss with your applied instructor to determine your readiness for participating in scholarship auditions.
