What to expect

To schedule an appointment to discuss your concerns, please call the office at 417-836-4252, or Relay Missouri: 711 or 1-800-735-2966. You may also email us at Equity@MissouriState.edu, or complete either the Discrimination Report Form, or the Title IX Online Reporting Form.

• Appointments are typically scheduled for 30 minutes to an hour.
• You will be asked to tell us your concerns and your understanding of what happened or is happening.
• We will listen and identify the issues as we hear them, and discuss options that are available to you.

You do not need to bring evidence or documentation to the appointment; however, you may bring a person to support you during your visit. Please tell the investigator you are scheduled to meet with if you plan to bring a support person.
