Annual Race/Ethnicity and Veteran Status Survey / Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Survey/Disability Accommodation Notification

As a state institution and a federal contractor, Missouri State University is required to annually report race, ethnicity, disability and veteran data. Additionally, the university provides an annual notice to employees and students who may require a reasonable accommodation(s) due to a disability.
