The SEM Council shall be responsible for goal level management and implementation of the SEM plan and oversight of the two strategy level committees.

- Monitor SEM goals and enrollment-related data
- Provide feedback and guidance to annual prioritization of strategies by committees.
- Submit budget requests to senior leadership based on prioritized goals/data
- Review guiding principles annually
- Provide annual report to senior leadership and BOG
