SEM Council

The SEM Council shall be responsible for goal level management and implementation of the SEM plan and oversight of the two strategy level committees.

Duties and Charges

  • Monitor SEM goals and enrollment-related data
  • Provide feedback and guidance to annual prioritization of strategies by committees.
  • Submit budget requests to senior leadership based on prioritized goals/data
  • Review guiding principles annually
  • Provide annual report to senior leadership and BOG
