Parking permits are available online through the Parking Portal. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to print-out a temporary one
to use, until the window cling arrives in the mail.
2025-26 Academic Year Parking Permits will be available online beginning Tuesday,
July 1, 2025.
Parking Permits may also be obtained at the Transportation Office located at 700 E.
Elm. Office Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Parking permits will be provided at no cost to University guests of faculty and staff
if requested in advance from the Transportation Services Office. Email request to

Parking reminders
If you are a Faculty or Staff member and you have a current 3-year permit you will not need to renew your parking permit until July 2026.
We have battery jumpstarts and tire inflation, if needed call 417-836-5509.
