Bicycle Paths and Racks
Bicycle paths are on campus for your safety. Pathways have red-colored concrete, brick
outlines and the international bike symbol. These paths run parallel to the gray pedestrian
walkways.
Other bicycle paths are painted white on the street surface and signed with the international
bicycle route symbol.
Parking your bicycle
Bicycles may be secured to bicycle racks throughout campus. Students living in residence
halls may secure bicycles in their room. Bicycles are not allowed in academic buildings.
Do not lock your bicycle to trees, handrails, signposts, access ramps and other such
objects.
If you improperly park your bicycle, we will impound it by removing the lock if necessary.
There is a $25 fee for releasing locked or impounded bicycles.
