If you believe you are a victim of a Title IX offense as defined in the non-discrimination policy statement you may file a complaint against the responsible Missouri State University (MSU) person. “Person” may include any member of MSU, including students and employees.

Reporting

Allegations of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, may be made by any person whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sex discrimination or sexual harassment. Reports can be made in person, by using the online reporting form or by calling or emailing the Title IX Office using the information provided below.

Once an allegation of sexual harassment is received, the Title IX Coordinator will confidentially contact the Complainant and explain the requirements and process for filing a formal complaint, the jurisdiction requirements under the Title IX regulations, and possible supportive measures.
