Applying to Project Success

Students interested in Project Success should contact Dr. Steve Capps, Director of the Learning Diagnostic Clinic as soon as possible to discuss the application process. To facilitate this process, applicants should send the following items:

• copies of previous psychoeducational testing or documentation from attending physician/psychologist

• copies of secondary IEP if applicable

This information can be sent via email, fax or postal mail. After the above information is received, a meeting will be scheduled.
