P-Card Renewal

The P-Cards are automatically renewed by UMB Bank. A new card is sent to the Office of Procurement Services usually around 2-3 weeks prior to the expiration date. The cardholder does not need to request for a new card to be issued. The P-Card is valid till the end of the month as listed on the card, for e.g., 06/22 will be valid till midnight on June 30, 2022.

The cardholder will receive an email from the Office of Procurement Services notifying them that their P-Card is ready to be picked up. The cardholder is required to bring identification when they come by to pick up their P-Card (e.g., Driver’s license or Missouri State University BearPass ID).

Upon request, the cardholder’s department P-Card coordinator or budgetary authority can pick up the card on their behalf. If the request is approved, the individual picking up the card will need to provide their BearPass ID/Driver’s license.
