Procurement Services Training Day

Description: Refresher on P-Card, Procurement Services and Financial Services policies and procedures.
There will also be vendor sessions hosted by Amazon Business and Enterprise Rent A
Car.
These sessions are open to anyone within your department so kindly pass this along
to others who may benefit from it!
The sessions will be available over zoom. A link will be provided closer to the event
date. There is a 100 person limit for the in-person session! Once the limit is reached, the session option will be removed from the sign up link
but you will still be able to attend the zoom session.
Morning:
8:30am-9:30am: P-Card/Procurement Services/Financial Services
9:30am-10:30am: Amazon Business
10:30am-11:30am: Enterprise Rent A Car
Afternoon:
1pm-2pm: P-Card/Procurement Services/Financial Services
2pm-3pm: Enterprise Rent A Car
3pm-4pm: Amazon Business
