Business Reply envelopes or postcards are supplied to correspondents, prospects, or
customers as a means of expediting a reply and assuring the envelope or card is returned
to the correct address. Missouri State University holds a Business Reply permit. The
permit holder guarantees payment of the appropriate First Class postage, plus a handling
charge per piece. Please notify Postal Services if you have a mailing where a large
number of Business Reply envelopes are to be returned to insure there is adequate
postage in the account.
Business Reply envelopes and cards must be ordered through Printing Services.
Business Reply Mail cannot be sent to any foreign countries.
The USPS has strict format requirements for Business Reply Mail. Contact the Postal
Services at 837-2322 for proper format before printing or re-printing Business Reply
envelopes or cards.
