Better health for all Missourians
#HealthierMO brings together everyone who contributes to community health in a true grassroots approach to ensuring that
each community has a skilled public health workforce, a strong network of partners,
stable funding streams, policies, and a reliable system for service delivery.
Community Focus
The Community Focus program provides a dynamic, data-driven and action-oriented collective
impact approach around shared priorities, in partnership with Community Partnership
of the Ozarks' Collaboratives and other stakeholders, in order to create sustainable,
positive changes in the Springfield region.
Public Health Nursing
The Missouri Community of Public Health Nursing Practice supports public health nurses
by providing resources, training and advocacy. The organization promotes collaboration,
workforce recruitment and professional development to improve public health outcomes.
OPHI sponsors Public Health events and trainings - Springfield visit by former US
Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek H. Murthy.
