Provost Dashboards

The Office of Institutional Research has recently created several apps with capabilities for real-time analytics in order to more rapidly and efficiently assist decision-makers.

Our Fall 2020 Live - Student Credit Hours - Dashboard provides real-time SCH broken down by Course Level, Tuition Residency, as well as Course Modalities. Additional Variables include College, Department, Course Characteristics, Race/Ethnicity,  and so on. Our Summer 2011 to Summer 2020 Student Credit Hours Trends - Dashboard provides trends and comparisons of census-day SCH broken down by college or department for one or more terms, semesters, or years. Additional Variables include Course Level, Modalities, and so on. Our Fall 2020 Live -Course Enrollment Tracker - Dashboard and Summer 2020 Live - Course Enrollment Tracker - Dashboard among many additional efficiencies, provide real-time student course enrollments, a quick visual of overloaded sections, as well as sections with few or no enrollments. Our Fall 2020 Live - Daily & Hourly Enrollment - Dashboard provides a daily and hourly enrollment data and compare weekly enrollment data with those of past five years.

All dashboards are comprehensive with many “drill down” options.

Access to these dashboards requires a Power BI license, as well as permissions assigned by our administrator.
