The following percentages are used for budgeting and actual fringe rate benefits by the University.

Fringe Benefits for full-time faculty and staff and faculty administrators include Social Security, Medicare , retirement; and various insurances provided by the University (accidental death and disability, dental, life, long-term disability and medical and dental).
