Thank a Professor Program
The Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning strives to recognize faculty for excellence in teaching and learning. The Thank a Professor program provides students the opportunity to share in this recognition and send a thank you note to their faculty or teaching assistant.
By completing the Thank a Professor form you can let your professor or a teaching assistant know they have made a difference by engaging you in your learning, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, teaching through using innovative ways, or other ways they may have inspired your learning.
The FCTL will include your message in a formal letter that will be sent to your professor or teaching assistant. Please be aware that these notes will be seen by the FCTL and shared with our advisory council at the end of the semester for consideration of further recognition of your faculty or teaching assistant.
