Renewal of Licenses

1. Application for renewal of a specific license must be filed on NRC Form 313 and in accordance with § 40.31.

2. If any licensee granted the extension described in 10 CFR 40.42(a)(2) has a currently pending renewal application for the extended license, that application will be considered to be withdrawn by the licensee and any renewal fees paid by the licensee for that application will be refunded.
