Sexual Violence Prevention Training for Students

Sexual Violence Prevention Training addresses the critical issues of sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking, which impact countless college students across the country.  All students have a part to play in reducing sexual violence on campus.

Missouri State University requires all new students to complete an online sexual violence prevention training course.  This course discusses the finer points of consent, provides an overview of sexual violence, and empowers students to take action to prevent further harm.

Access to the training can be found through the new student/transfer student checklist or on the New My.MissouriState on the Student Trainings card.

For questions regarding access or the sexual violence training registration hold, please contact the Dean of Students office at 417-836-5527 or email deanofstudentsoffice@missouristate.edu.

Those with disabilities who may not be able to access this training because of the instructional format or design of the training program may request an accommodation by contacting the Disability Resource Center at drc@missouristate.edu or 417-836-4192.
