Admission Requirements

Apply on CSDCAS

Apply to MSU’s Doctor of Audiology program on Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS).

Admission is competitive and capacity is limited. We often have more highly qualified students apply than we are able to accept.

Review the sections below before you begin.

For your application: Observation log form

During your application process, you will need to submit observation hours. Please use the Observation Log form (.pdf).

Required Core Functions confirmation

Once the decision is made to accept an admission offer into the speech-language pathology or audiology program, you must read and review the Core Functions.

Returning this document signed affirms that you are able to meet the Core Functions necessary to be a speech-language pathologist or an audiologist. If you feel you cannot meet these standards, we recommend you speak with the SLP/AuD program director.
