Remote learning, offices closed - Feb. 19
Day and evening classes on the Missouri State Springfield campus are moving to remote learning on Feb. 19 due to current conditions and the forecast for additional snow. Offices are closed.
Opening/closing details

- Garst, Blair-Shannon, and Heitz Dining Centers will be open during their normal hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Late night dining is canceled. Café 1905 will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Plaster Student Union: Plaster Student Union will be open from 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Subway will be open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Starbucks will be open 8 a.m.-2 p.m. The boutique will be closed.
- Magers Health and Wellness Center and pharmacy will be open for acute clinical needs only from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. A staff member will contact everyone who has an appointment today to reschedule the appointment.
- MSU Care Clinic is closed on Wednesday.
- The Help Desk and Open-Access Computer Labs are closed. For technical help, students, faculty and staff can find answers to most technology questions in the IT Service Portal or submit a General Help Ticket and it will be addressed when the university re-opens.
- Foster Recreation Center gymnasium and weight floors will be open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Outdoor Adventures and the Aquatic Center will be closed. Campus Recreation sponsored events such as Bearfit classes, personal training and recreational sports programs are canceled.
- Meyer Library will be closed. The lobby will be accessible 24/7 to active BearPass holders.
- The Bookstore, Madison Ave Boutique and Bear Stop Convenience Store are closed.
- Bear Necessities Convenience Store in the PSU and Boomers Convenience Store in Hammons Hall will be open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- The efactory will be closed. Members can use their BearPass cards for access.
- Hammons Student Center and Plaster Stadium will be closed for recreation.
- The Child Development Center will be closed.
- Greenwood Lab School will be closed.
- The Bearline shuttle will not be operating.
