Acceptance into a clinical school

You must be accepted into a clinical school of radiologic technology. Forty-two hours will count toward your major (21 lower-division and 21-upper division credits).

Tips for success

  • CHM 160/161 is recommended for the science option.
  • ECO 155 meets both a general education and major requirement.
  • LLT 102 is a recommended elective as it is required by some clinical schools.
  • Forty-two credit hours are accepted in the transfer from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Acceptance into clinical school is not guaranteed and is based on GPA, health care experience and your interview.
