Up to 12 credit hours can apply to both programs, helping you finish your master's degrees sooner.

You must apply to both programs separately.

Then, before you finish the second semester of your first year in either program, declare to both the MHA and MPH program directors that you want to complete the dual MHA/MPH degree.
