Residency Reclassification - Moved from Missouri for Post-Secondary Education
If you have lived in Missouri previously and only left the state to pursue secondary
education, you may not have lost your state of Missouri residency. You must have been
continuously enrolled in college classes during your absence from the State of Missouri.
You may submit an application and the required documentation as listed below. Select
