President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday, May 12, 2025-Sunday, May 18, 2025

Monday, May 12

President Williams will participate in the Bear Legends Golf Classic Tournament benefitting the MSU Bears football team.

Tuesday, May 13

The day will begin with President Williams attending the Administrative Council (AC) meeting. He will then meet with individual AC members. In the evening, he will host the Faculty and Staff Retiree Dinner before traveling to Jefferson City.

Wednesday, May 14

President Williams will start the day with a breakfast reception thanking our state legislators. Afterward, he will return to Springfield to meet with individual AC members and discuss the athletics budget.

Thursday, May 15

President Williams will attend the Community Leadership Forum, followed by a meeting on current capital projects. Later in the day, he will continue one-on-one meetings with AC members.

Friday, May 16

In the morning, President Williams will participate in a regular state relations work group meeting and conclude individual meetings with AC members. He will also meet with his office staff to prepare for the upcoming week and discuss outstanding topics.
