President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, Feb. 2-8, 2026

Monday, Feb. 2

President Williams has several in-office meetings, as well as a one-on-one with Carnegie Higher Education. After lunch, he will continue to hold routine meetings. In the late afternoon, he will attend the Alliance for Healthcare Education board meeting.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

President Williams will attend the weekly convening of the president’s cabinet and the monthly University Council meeting.  He will then hold routine one-on-one meetings with various cabinet members. In the afternoon, President Williams will attend a Strategic Initiatives Forum.

Wednesday, Feb. 4

President Williams will attend a Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise meting early in the morning. He will then host “Williams' Welcome” for new university employees. He will have routine meetings until the early afternoon. In the evening, he will attend the Legislative Reception in Jefferson City.

Thursday, Feb. 5

President Williams will have routine meetings throughout the day. In the evening, he will attend the Lady Bears home basketball game vs. Middle Tennessee.

Friday, Feb. 6

In the morning, President Williams will meet with Elmquist and Associates and the Student Government Association. In the afternoon, he will hold routine meetings. In the evening, he will attend the play, "Come From Away."
