President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday, March 10, 2025-Sunday, March 16, 2025

Monday, March 10

President Williams will meet individually with several Administrative Council members throughout the day. He will also make remarks at the Kathy J. Davis Master Advisor Reception.

Tuesday, March 11

President Williams will begin the day traveling to Jefferson City to attend a hearing. While there, he will participate virtually in a Student Listening Session before returning to Springfield.

Wednesday, March 12

President Williams will visit a site donated to Missouri State University. In the afternoon, he will attend an Executive Budget Committee meeting and then participate in an interview for the "Engaging the Community" segment. His day will conclude with a meeting of the Faculty Senate Executive Committee.

Thursday, March 13

President Williams will kick off the day by traveling to Evansville, Indiana, for the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Women’s Basketball Championships (Go Lady Bears!). During his travel, he will speak with a finalist for the library dean position. 

Friday, March 14

President Williams will join a call with our State Relations Work Group followed by a call with the second finalist for the library dean position. He will then meet with the co-chairs and project manager of the Strategic Planning Committee. In the afternoon, he will attend various MVC Women’s Basketball Tournament games. 

Saturday, March 15

In the afternoon, President Williams will attend various MVC Women’s Basketball Tournament games. 

Sunday, March 16

President Williams will attend the MVC Women’s Basketball Championship game before returning to Springfield.
