In instances where a higher level of scholarship is awarded (such as full scholarships for top international students from select countries in new recruiting markets), the Office of International Programs may recommend the transfer of funds from International Programs to an individual student financial account. In those situations, the Associate Vice President for International Education and Training shall make a written recommendation (detailing the circumstances of the scholarship commitment) for consideration by the Vice President for Research and Economic Development and International Programs. In keeping with G5.03 International Partnership Scholarships and G5.06 International Student Scholarships and Agreements, it will be the responsibility of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development and International Programs to approve or deny the scholarship request.
