Introduction

Normally, positions under contracts and grants are time-limited and for a stated definite term. Otherwise, an employing unit has a continuing obligation to the person after the end of the funding period.

Policy

During the recruitment period, the principal investigator will be advised by staff in the Office of Human Resources about how to describe the position to interviewees.
