Reporting Violations

Op12.02-9 Reporting Violations

If you encounter or perceive a violation of this policy, please report the problem through the following methods:

• Report all threats to persons or property by immediately calling the police at 911 or the Missouri State Police Substation at 417-836-5327
• Report perceived copyright violations to Missouri State's designated agent for receiving notifications of claimed copyright infringement
• Report all accessibility complaints to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance
• Report all other violations of this policy to the appropriate personnel:
  • On the West Plains campus, visit Looney 300, call 417-255-7911, or email ComputerServices@missouristate.edu
  • On all other campuses, visit Cheek 164, call 417-836-5770, or email ComputerServices@missouristate.edu
