Facilities Management, Custodial staff utilizes the APPA: Leadership in Educational Facilities Standards for Custodial Service Levels. Expectations are that facilities are maintained to an APPA Level 2, which includes guidelines for cleanliness of all spaces within the buildings. Information on APPA Custodial Service Levels and cleaning schedules are located on the Facilities Management, Custodial website.

Should there be concern that spaces are not cleaned per published frequencies and/or APPA Level 2, individuals are encouraged to call the Work Management Center at extension 417-836-8400 and provide the following information:

• Specific location – building, room, suite, etc.
• Contact name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Detailed description of the work to be performed
