Op10.12 Magers Health and Wellness Center Eligibility and Fees

All students currently enrolled at Missouri State University who have prepaid their student health fee and their household members (age 6 and older) are eligible for the services of Magers Health and Wellness Center. Students should have their completed medical history form on file at Magers Health.

Missouri State faculty, staff, retirees and their household members (age 6 and older) may also receive services. Visitors to the Missouri State campus who become ill or injured may also be seen at Magers Health and Wellness Center. Call 417-836-4000 for additional information.

A prepaid health fee covers the cost of basic office visits for students of Missouri State University. Students who have not paid the entire health fee will be charged the balance of the fee at their first visit. Faculty, staff, retirees and their household members pay a nominal fee for office visits. Additional charges will be assessed for the following professional services for all patients: extended office visits, physical examinations, laboratory tests, x-rays, procedures, prescription and over-the-counter medications, specialists' appointments, etc.
