G1.10 Faculty Constitution Approval Procedure

It is the policy of Missouri State University that a Faculty Constitution be adopted.  The Board of Governors shall approve the Constitution and any revisions thereto which shall be submitted for approval by the Faculty Senate.  The Faculty Constitution shall be consistent with the Faculty Handbook.  If there is a conflict between the Faculty Handbook and the Faculty Constitution, the language of the Faculty Handbook shall prevail.
