Timeline for LCS Agencies

Fall Semester

  • Attend the Agency Mixer. 

  • Begin interviews with potential LCS members after mixer.

  • Submit all service descriptions to the LCS advisor.

  • Throughout the semester, all agencies with a placement should be filling out time verifications on a biweekly basis and submitting them to the LCS Advisor.

  • Late in the semester, the LCS Advisor and Student Employment Coordinator will be conducting site visits of all partner agencies with a placement.

  • All partner agencies with a placement will be asked to submit an evaluation of their LCS Member(s) following the site visits.

Spring Semester

  • Evaluation of LCS Members will be due early in the spring semester.

  • Throughout the spring semester, all agencies with a member will submit time verifications on a biweekly basis.

Summer Semester

  • Confirm your reservation for the Agency Orientation.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork to be a partner agency.

Note: This is the only time a new agency can enter the program, but all agency contacts throughout the year will be saved and will be contacted during this period of the year.
