2018 Employee of the Year Awards

Facilities employees were encouraged to nominate one of their piers for an employee of the year award in each of the five units within Facilities Management: Business Services, Campus Construction Team, Custodial Services, Grounds Services, and Facilities Maintenance.  An over-all Facilities Management Employee of the Year was also selected to honor the over-all achievement and contribution to the department as a whole.
Nomination criteria for this year's nominees included:

• Shows excellent customer service
• Goes above and beyond the call of duty
• Exhibits ethical leadership
• Adapts well to change and/or stressful situations
• Works to understand all perspectives
