Chartered financial analyst (CFA) program
The CFA Institute is the organization that awards the CFA Charter, the global standard in investment management. Missouri State University is part of the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program. The finance major (corporate and investments option) prepares students to pass the CFA Level I exam and begin their path to a CFA.
Preparation for graduate school
Students who complete a degree in finance are well prepared for graduate study in fields such as business, finance and economics.
