Online Referral Form
Welcome to the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) Campus Reporting Form. Submissions of this form will be used by the Behavioral Intervention Team to ensure that the issue raised will be dealt with as thoroughly and timely as is possible for the BIT. Please provide us with as much information as you can. The more information that is provided by the submitter, the easier it is for the BIT to deal with the situation in a comprehensive manner. This includes the personal information of the submitter. The option to remain anonymous is available, but the BIT may have questions or concerns that would be better addressed if the team could contact the submitter, which isn't possible if you choose to remain anonymous.
Examples of incidents and situations that are addressed by the Team include classroom disruption, behaviors that may pose a threat to the physical safety or well-being of individuals or groups, and conflicts among individuals or groups that have the potential to escalate and pose a disruption to elements of the University community.
