About the CRC's Peer Mediators and Conflict Coaches
Any Missouri State student may apply to serve as a peer mediator or conflict coach in the CRC program. Those who are selected receive special training in the mediation process, and in conflict coaching, to prepare them to help their fellow students manage conflict and learn effective conflict resolution skills.
Through the CRC program students learn conflict skills that are vital for ethical leaders and apply these skills to help their fellow students, as well as the campus and surrounding community.
