Please follow these guidelines to submit agenda items for a Board of Governors meeting:
- Board meeting materials must be submitted to the president's office by Wednesday noon, two weeks prior to the meeting.
- Each resolution/item should be emailed to BoardAgenda@missouristate.edu as a Word or Excel attachment.
- A single email may contain multiple resolutions, but each resolution/item must be attached as a separate document.
- If a document cannot be presented as a Word or Excel document, it must be submitted to the president's office in an agreed-upon format.
- Agenda items are subject to approval by the president's office. Every attempt is made to post the agenda one week prior to the applicable Board of Governors meeting.
