The purpose of Access and Success Programs is to enhance the retention and persistence rates of first-generation, low-income students affiliated with Access Organizations, and to equip these students for success at Missouri State University and beyond.

We actively recruit high school students through Access Programs by visiting organizations in St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield. We also host several on-campus recruitment events.
